Military & Aeospace Electronics cites GMS’ “claim to fame” in article on small-form-factor embedded computing.

As GMS’ Chris Ciufo told Military & Aerospace Electronics associate editor James Whitney, when it comes to small form factor, systems designers are looking for consolidation. “We’d stick the VME board in a chassis, yet people wanted more and more and more in a smaller box. Smaller density, small form function was the future. Our claim to fame was to take VME boards and shrunk them into a box that is four inches square.”
